Eureka Midstream

Eureka Midstream Holdings, LLC (“Eureka”) is a US-based midstream company that transports dry and wet gas on behalf of customers in the heart of the Marcellus and Utica natural gas shale basins in Ohio and West Virginia. This investment was made together with SK Holdings, the #1 energy company in South Korea, as part of SK’s initiative to build a global LNG supply chain to Korea (which plans to double LNG usage).

Eureka continues to play a valuable role in supporting energy transition to net-zero carbon emissions, through transporting natural gas, an energy source which emits less than one-tenth the sulfur and nitrogen oxide of heavy fuel oil. The operations of Eureka have also been optimized to improve energy efficiency and reduce its carbon footprint.
